Good comms, I thought, I had a problem with a double order, I sent a message and it was answered first thing the next day. For a refurbished unit it is in impeccable condition, I thought I had a problem at first, it would grind, the pump made a strange noise but would not dispense any liquid and it signalled out of water even thoug the resovoir was full. A power down reset and opening the steam valve cleared it & its working fine.

I'm now enjoying great coffee at home without the mess and clutter of separate grinder, frother, etc.
