The coffee machine works great and a lot quieter than my previous machine. The machine is easy to clean and instructions are easy to follow. With a one year guarantee this is great value for money.

As instructed I run the machine 5 times to get the dirt out. I soaked the infuser after looking it up on delonghi's YouTube channel and ended up having to buy a new one... I understand this unit is refurbished but there was just so much dirty water coming out. There were coffee grounds all around the inside. So much for a gift for my partner.
