The water filter was not letting water through but will investigate later. Made far too much coffee and the rooms spinning. Good strong brew possible. Machine is quiet and to be honest I don’t need more that that. Looks good and works well. A replacement for our 20 year old Gaggia that had a power supply fault which I can fix at my leisure now.

I was worried I wouldn’t know how to use it but it’s really simple and it makes lovely coffee. Easy to use milk steamer too, I just love it. I just need a milk jug and a filter now which are on their way 😁. It’s not noisy either, I put it on at 6am daily and I haven’t woken anybody yet 😂. It’s not bright white, more of a creamy greyish white as you can see in pic. Packed well and received super quickly. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was well protected and in very clean condition, no evidence of any use, although it had produced 230 coffees. Described as returned/refurbished I was not expecting it to be new, but if I had been told that it was refurbished in 2019 I would have considered this purchase a little longer, at least the technicians report was up front.

My coffee machine broke a few days before holiday - I ordered a replacement refurbished unit. Sent a message at 7pm explaining I was on hols in the next few days and…after receiving a nice message back, it turned-up the next morning. In transit the water compartment broke. Told them. The next morning a new water compartment arrived!
