    I can only assume the can was damaged in transit as the can I received was dented and the seal broken. Despite that, the item was shipped in a timely fashion and I still feel I got a very good deal on these TIG rods. I have found Lincoln to make great electrodes and wires so I have no doubts about the quality of these rods. Seller is willing to negotiate so I will definitely follow and be willing to make another deal.
