The book arrived well packed get & I pristine condition at a good price. I would have liked it by 1st class post & I contacted this Seller via EBAY 'CONTACT' but got NO RESPONSE via either my email account or on ebay and certainly not in my Spam folder...SO what can you say I was inconvenienced a bit but got a positive outcome? I think they're reliable for transactions but something is remiss with electronic communication via EBAY or perhaps not tech savvy or disinterested or unwell etc..

As usual with this seller, the book was exactly as described and very well packed. However, delivery times can vary significantly. This was one of 4 books ordered at the same time. Two arrived in about a week, but this one took almost 3 weeks. A reliable seller who answers questions promptly, but could improve on dispatch times.

I keep coming back to this seller to buy my books if they have what I want in stock, as they are always in beautiful mint condition, packaged well, and arrive earlier than listed. Brilliant and prompt communication too. Thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Derivative and Unconvincing

Sadly this book falls at the first fence when one gets into the first chapter. The vehicle in the storey is a double decker Route Master bus, but the author has allowed the publishers to put a drawing of a 1950s Bedford single decker bus on the cover. As the story unfolds one gets the feeling that the author is not that familiar with buses and what their maintenance and management involves. Sadly also the story does rather feel derivative. I have read several other engrossing chic lit volumes based in the Cotswolds and then Newquay area of Cornwall with heroines who's main skill is cooking. Then there is the classic Bad Guy who is powerful and good looking. Sorry, but that has been rather done to death. This author has a good list of books so she must be popular. Perhaps this one ...
