      It is great for short term pain. Only been using it about 10 days, so not sure about long term pain.

      The jel is very helpful. So far the pain goes away for about 3 or 4 hours, which is much better than having it 24/7, At least I can get a little sleep since I started using it!

      Rugby Blue vs Mineral Ice

      I think the Rugby Blue is comparable to Mineral Ice. However, my joints are much sorer this season. I would recommend a joint supplement over the ointment. Just my opinion.
