An excellent company to do business with. The staff are very helpful if you telephone them. My turbocharger arrived withing 2 days and was exactly as described. I was able to send me old turbocharger back to them in the same box the new one came in, and using a prepaid label. The deposit was put back into my bank account within 2 days of them receiving my old turbocharger. I highly recommend this company.

The packaging was great and informed about warranty and had a return postage label for old turbo. The refurbished turbo arrived pretty quickly to the click and collect. When unboxing all gaskets and fittings where new and sealed. The turbo itself was very clean looked almost new. Very happy and if I needed more car parts I will be happy to buy again. The turbo refund for my old one (they take deposit) was sent back quickly. Excellent service, good communication.
