Unlike advertised, item received was completely defective. It should have been sold for parts or for repair. The seller did not accept any responsibility, refused to refund despite buyer offer of covering the shipment costs, and blamed responsibility on buyer’s « impulsive shopping »! Very disappointing customer experience.

Buyer sent negative feedback before we could resolve the issue. His claim- piece was completely defective is untrue then claimed product needed to be cleaned and tuned— it is an old instrument…He denied a partial refund and resold the product while the case was still opened and a return was being considered. In his resale description he did not describe the defects he claimed we failed to provide telling us the product was not as much of a disappointment as he made it out to be. Sketchy buyer!!!
