    One of the best series; a must for any Doctor Who fan.

    Jon Pertwee is really into the "Doctor no. 3" role by this series, he has the characterisation nailed and is as believable as any of the other portrayals. Patrick Troughton on top form as well, and the action is shared freely between them. Good to see William Hartnell, if only in a cameo role; he's the boss whilst he's on screen for his last performance. A couple of weak points. What are those Time Lords doing with those control desks? And where are all the other Unit troops?

    Limited Edition Doctor Who Bessie Three Doctors DVD

    I have been after this for my collection for quite a few years, it’s originally a limited edition item, included with the DVD Doctor Who The Three Doctors, but missed out on it. I wanted this particular model as it’s better then the Corgi release around the same time it was on sale, that model had the wrong Doctor, in the wrong costume, driving it, which made it look cheap. This model had no one driving it, so you can appreciate it for what it is, an accurate replica of Bessie, the third Doctor’s car. What I paid for it is equal to what you’d expect to pay for a die cast model, so getting the DVD of the story in the presentation box that was a bonus.
