This company states easy returns but what they don't tell you is that you only have two choices for shipping at a very high cost. It cost about $150 and I paid over $60 for the return shipping that they offered. It appears the return shipping was a 3 day return period. It took 10 days for me to receive the shade so I am pretty sure they mailed it out snail mail and expect you to pay for expedited return shipping. Terrible!
