I’m making a custom sprocket for a mobility scooter that I am building so I use this cutting tool to make the diameter in the sprocket . If you’re interested, have a look on my YouTube channel ( FPV FREAKY ) to see the build . A few pictures of the sprocket and template great drill bit. I 3-D printed some templates for my PCD using this drillbit to cut out sprocket.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseNot the worst hole saw I’ve used. Arrived in good condition. Good price. Looks nice. The pilot drill has a wobble to it. This causes the hole saw to cut eccentrically which made the hole larger then is should’ve been. I bought the 34mm and the hole came to about 35.5mm which is a bit looser than I’d like. Also one of the tech chipped. This may have been because the speed was too high. A lot of vibration was sent up into the drill gearbox. No problem with seller. Fast dispatch
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseCarbide tip hole saw. Cut through 10mm alloy plate very well, much better and quicker than traditional saw type hole saws. Slow speed gives quite good finish. Be aware though they cut oversize, my 32 mm saw cut actual holes about 33.2 mm.
