Best form turmeric
Easy to take & most easily absorbed as it contains black pepper. I'm not sure how effective it is as I've not been taking it long. Be careful as the yellow does stain !

Works well for me
use it once a day as I work as a gardener. Stops my knee from becoming painful and reduces swelling in my thumb. When I stop taking it the pain and swelling increases. When I start again these symptoms improve, so I keep taking them!

Good properties in a small tablet
It's Turmeric with black pepper to aid absorption - so I'm hoping it's doing me the world of good ! Use a teaspoon to get the tablets out, otherwise everything gets covered in yellow !
