    easy to install

    I have bought over 15 of these and keep changing the old ones. So far only one broke off in a few years and that probably happened because customer took off (her) anger on the T-seat. Easy to clean and clip it in/out. Fits most of the toilets. I am very please with them. Very easy to install. It takes longer to take out T seat, screws and parts from wrap than to install it.

    Good quality seat

    Needed a replacement seat and decided on this one. Was delivered in a few days, and was really easy to install. Only downside was the screws being too long to fit our toilet basin, thankfully was able to use screws from existing one. Been installed couple of weeks and so far no issues. Soft close function works really well. Have ordered another for 2nd toilet.

    Great purchase

    Been looking for a short "D" soft-close seat for ages to replace one where the soft close had failed, and it's really difficult to find one with the correct dimensions. This one is excellent, and arrived well-packaged and on time.

    The seat was damaged on arrival this was sorted out straight away and received the new seat 24 hours later i cannot thank this company enough with the way they dealt with this issue by the way seat perfect easy to fit looks good
