    • A different "diet" point of view

The condition of the book when it arrived was excellent; it looked new. Ms. Johnston has an interesting and different take on how to get in touch with our inner consciousness to deal with our relationship with food and with our bodies. I had some wild dreams each night after reading this book, as I felt it was speaking to me way deep down inside. An enjoyable and thoughtful read.

This book captures important values embedded in myths and folklore tales that explain the complexities of disordered eating. It really paints some beautiful pictures and holds a lot of wisdom within its pages.
