Wealthy Wilton Knight put a great deal of his fortune into the development of FLAG, now run by Devon Miles, and the result of his efforts is KITT, an artificially intelligent car created to bring justice to the city. With KITT ready to go, FLAG lacks only a driver, but seizes the opportunity to turn Michael Arthur Long, a young cop, believed to be murdered, into Michael Knight, crime fighter extraordinaire. With a surgically altered face and unlimited resources, Michael, KITT, and technician Bonnie Bars tow roam the city restoring order and protecting the innocent.

    This entire TV series was just too much fun because I loved the technology they used to make Kitt(knight industries two thousand). I also think Kitt was an electrical car. Also I am so blessed that the movie Knight Rider 2000 is included as a bonus with this DVD. I look forward to seeing it again. Thanks

    80's Hasselhoff

    Knight Rider is so 80's in story plots and technology. You'll laugh at KITT's graphics on his instrument panel, the lack of cell-smart phone convenience and Michael Knight's wristwatch as the precursor to today's common smart watches. But what was exciting and fun and passed for good drama in the 80's is strictly campy today. Nothing more. Nostalgia is the only reason to watch this television icon of a series and it is entertaining.
