The chair is perfect, great quality and exactly as per the picture. Post manufacture there were some communication issues with the courier company. Darren (the seller) was brilliant and sorted it all out very quickly. As much as we love the chair. His work to sort out the issues should also get a shout out. You should be very comfortable using this seller.

Though estimated delivery date was missed, communication on that date confirmed anticipated, updated delivery date which was reasonably soon thereafter. Correct item delivered with reasonable communication in advance. Item is well crafted and beautiful. It's the colour originally ordered but not the colour I'd attempted to switch to via subsequent communication (confirmed by the seller) -- but is perfect regardless so fine.
