    Honestly terrible customer service. My package came broken and all i wanted was a refund and to just return the package cause they didn’t even fit that great. Not worth your time. They can barely text English anyway.

    You deliberately damaged the item (intentionally pulled the wire until it broke, but it can be reconnected), and I was just asking whether you wanted a partial refund for the wiring cost or we free send a new halo to you. You said my service was terrible! But you want to keep the item and we full refund to you immediately. Have you always shopped like this from ebay?
