    The information us helpful... The amount of food needed for groups of 50,the time needed to prepare and serve the food. Much information for the small details to make a hassle-free reception. I'm looking forward to using it when my daughter gets married.

    The Wedding Catering Cookbook by Christie Katona (2005)

    I received this book and have poured over it from cover to cover. The guides in the front were a great help for some areas I had not considered. I will be using some of the ideas and recipes for my daughter's upcoming wedding.

    Nice recipes and guidelines for serving 50 people

    I love the recipes offered in the book but photos were lacking of the dishes. I chose this book because I needed more recipes to offer clients in my business.
