After careful research this is from Greece it therefore lacks the trilobe leaf and has purple flowers compared to the levant “Arabic forms” which have pinky white blooms and more silvery leaves. This form is good for tea and has a lower camphor level but higher menthol like the Dalmatian sage from Croatia excellent for culinary makes a more pleasant stuffing
