I ordered 3 large candles costing £70 and on delivery one was snapped in half and another broken at the bottom. I contacted the seller who refused to replace the items. They were only draped in one piece of bubble wrap and the box was inadequate. A 20% refund was offered on one candle but the other was deemed “usable”, completely missing the point that I paid £70 for 3 large candles as that was what I needed! Unsatisfactory customer service and didn’t both replying to two further messages
