I've given a neutral rating because of EVRI. More communication from the seller would've been appreciated. My package was to arrive (latest) 22 April. It was delayed at the local depot on 20th. On 23rd nothing. By 27th I had a refund. By 28th my package had been delivered and signed for. Except not at my address, which must've been clear, because EVRI's useless tracking kept removing the space in my postcode; my parcel delivered to either a cottage in Staffordshire(?!) or just outside Norwich.
