ORDERS & DELIVERIES

Every purchase from Xtrasoft Limited is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

The sales contract becomes binding when the customer receives a written confirmation in the form of an e-mail/Fax and the goods have been dispatched.

Although Xtrasoft Limited takes every possible precaution when updating products and information, the company holds no legal responsibility for any typographical errors on the website, pricelists, adverts or other publications.

Xtrasoft Limited will offer advice upon request but it should be understood that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product(s) suitability and compatibility for their needs, equipment and operating system prior to placing an order.

Orders are accepted online, via the telephone, fax or letter.

Prices, stock levels and general information are updated automatically online as well as off-line on a regular basis, and on some rare occasions may be inaccurate, however if the price, stock level or general products information has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and discuss any possible alternative or cancellation.

Although Xtrasoft Limited makes every effort to ensure that all goods are delivered as agreed, dates and times of delivery are only estimates by our couriers; Xtrasoft Limited cannot however be liable to the customer for any business losses, charges or damages incurred by the customer due to late delivery of goods. We hold the right to deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for these.

The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery. The company does not accept liability for shortage of goods delivered, or damage to deliveries unless it is notified in writing within three business days of the goods being delivered.

PAYMENT

Unless a credit purchase has been agreed on a new or existing customer account, payment for goods must be received before the goods are dispatched. Please allow five business days for cheque clearance.

Payment can be made by either credit or debit cards, cheques or cleared funds, such as bank transfers.

WARRANTIES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

All goods delivered to UK addresses carry a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. We will refer you directly to the product manufacturer in such cases. We will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer. The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer, employees or agents, or goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all our private customers are entitled to cancel a purchase at any time prior to shipping or return a product within a cooling off period of 7 days of purchase as long as the packaging of the goods (wrap, seal and shrink-wrap) remains intact and the product is exactly as received as new. Provided the above criteria are met, a full refund of the product itself will be issued within 14 days. Trade software such as oem software product which media installation keys are externally visible cannot be accepted for return nor refund.

Specially ordered products may incur a restocking fee, at the Sales Manager's discretion.

Xtrasoft Limited makes every effort to provide our customers with quality goods; unfortunately, on very rare occasions however, the products can be faulty or defective. Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of delivery, so that a replacement can be arranged for.

Xtrasoft Limited will not be liable to the customer for any loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships and financial loss. Xtrasoft Limited liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
