I could return it, but I had to choose "changed my mind" rather than "item damaged." Regardless of whether they damaged it or not, the seller should take responsibility to make things right. Then when I asked questions, the response was, "Is this the first time you've done this?" I don't know how they got such good ratings, but I would not recommend.
