However, if it works as it should, that’s a small price to pay….considering thee saving compared to buying brand new. The item was dispatched immediately, so fast I wasn’t expecting it, writhin 48 hours from purchase

It came with all instructions but no waterfilter ,I found it easier to watch YouTube videos to see how it works. We are just starting to get to grips with the machine and making great coffee. I’ve saved myself over £200 buying this refurbished ( brand new) De’Longhi coffee machine and I would highly recommend.

It was well protected and in very clean condition, no evidence of any use, although it had produced 230 coffees. Described as returned/refurbished I was not expecting it to be new, but if I had been told that it was refurbished in 2019 I would have considered this purchase a little longer, at least the technicians report was up front.

My coffee machine broke a few days before holiday - I ordered a replacement refurbished unit. Sent a message at 7pm explaining I was on hols in the next few days and…after receiving a nice message back, it turned-up the next morning. In transit the water compartment broke. Told them. The next morning a new water compartment arrived!
