Delivery:
 
We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
 
Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Hermes; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" (Hermes Next Day - £2.99 per order).
 
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.

    Almost a great buy - good value

    The idea was great to have three separate sections to fill the pillow. We hoped this would mean slightly different filling in at least one of the sections to give a firmer section so each user could vary the way it worked/felt. They were all the same fill density. They are comfortable but only variation is to use 3 inners or 2 really. Value for money still but could have been great.

    3 very thin pillows

    This pillow consists of 3 very thin pillows within an outer pillow case. There is no noticeable difference between the 3 pillows and they are not marked as to which may be the thickest. All 3 together hardly make up a substantial pillow. I am using one of the 3 pillows underneath my normal pillow which had become flattened with time and this has helped to raise the old pillow slightly, but I would have been better off buying a thicker more plush pillow in the first place, at a far cheaper price.

    Great pillow

    At last, a pillow that I can sleep on. The interchangeable pads are really good, you can make the pillow as soft or as firm as you like and the quilted cover gives an extra bit of softness. Would recommend. Very happy.

    The only pillow you'll ever need

    A well contructed pillow .strong outer zip up casing with three inserts to get that perfect pillow.After years of trying different pillows only to discard them to the attic in a few months I came across this great idea.After trying all the different combinations I have been able to make a tog pillow that suits me perfectly. The spare pad is stored for sure but can just rejuggle as and when for instance if you strain your neck another tog of pillow may be more suitable.Just switch the pads and a good nights sleep is guaranteed. My three friends have all purchased this item on my recommendation and big thumbs up all round.A+++++
