Delivery:
 
We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
 
Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Hermes; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" (Hermes Next Day - £2.99 per order).
 
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.
 
In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution. If you have any concerns or problems please contact our friendly customer services team who will be happy to help you by using the eBay messaging system. Please note: due to eBay restrictions we can only dispatch items to the delivery address entered into PayPal during the order process. Cancellation Rights:
 
In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 30 days (not including Bank Holidays or weekends) from the day after you receive your goods. You must return any goods you have received to us as soon as possible.     The mattress topper arrived in really good time. So far it feels really comfortable on top of the mattress. There are also elastic bands on each corner to help attach the topper to the mattress.

    Great service from the seller but the product and what silent night promise on the wrapper and what it’s like in reality is very different, the bed was no more comfortable then when we had put a cheap duvet over the mattress and slept on that. It not a really thick topper and if I had paid the price it’s advertised elsewhere I would have returned but at this sellers price I will keep and I have purchased a memory foam topper and this can go on top of that. Great seller great service.

    The item was fine. And comfy. I paid £29.99 for it and realised the coupon hadn't worked so re ordered it. I tried to cancel the original order immediately and it was a day later despatched. I was told to then explain and to return the original order to get a refund. Which I had refunded but I lost £7.50 in the process. Not happy about that.
