Not great communication, slow refund. The star for item description is high as I assumed it was in good condition, the box was anyway, I didn’t open or accept delivery just returned to sender as I had cancelled the order the same day of purchase. But due to me not realising there was a cancellation option and them not checking their messages, they sent it out 2 days after cancellation. Lack of response to messages was disappointing also

Great product with world class customer service. One of my boxes was damaged during transit, when I advised them , they were very apologetic and arranged for a replacement box to be shipped that day. I would like to point out the packaging was very good, just bad luck it was damaged. Replacement box received very quickly, very impressed all round = Well done and thank you

    Easy to use and excellent service.

    Locks and seals nicely. Not sure it totally stops the smells but I put it outside as it’s weatherproof. Would recommend.
