RETURNS INFORMATION
 
General Returns Information:
 
- If you wish to return any item you must contact us beforehand to obtain authorisation.
- Returned items must include your full details including name, address, contact number and reason for return. Failure to include this information will increase processing time.
- Standard warranty period for items is 6 months unless stated otherwise within item condition description.
 
Buyer Cancellations:
 
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and send the item back to us within 30 days of sale.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and the original condition in which you received it.
- Only item price refund will be given for any returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
Faulty Products Within 30 Days Of Sale:
 
- Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
- Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
- If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs. Note: The most cost-effective shipping service with tracking must be used to return a product. Express shipping service costs will not be refunded.
 
Faulty Products Over 30 Days Of Sale:
 
- For warranty claims over 30 days of sale we reserve the right to attempt to repair the product. If irreparable, we will issue a like-for-like replacement (if available) or a similar product.
- For warranty claims over 30 days of sale the product must be returned at the customer's cost.
- For all warranty claims over 12 months the customer must refer to the manufacturer.
- If for any reason an item is replaced or repaired during the 1 year warranty period the warranty on the new item will be calculated from the date of the original sale.
 
Other Returns Information:
 
- For all 'new' items purchased the customer must register the item with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
- The item must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied.
- Warranty exclusions: The seller shall not be liable to replace or repair the item under the terms of the warranty where: 1) The fault has been caused or is attributable to accidental use, misuse, negligent use or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. 2) Batteries and damage from leakage are not covered by the warranty.
- This warranty does not confer any rights to the customer other than those set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
- In the unlikely event of failure to resolve any dispute with the customer and such dispute is escalated to small claims court or higher authority then this will be subject to UK law and proceedings will take place within the jurisdiction of the West Midlands.

- There is a 24 hour dispatch time for orders. Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days to UK mainland destinations for standard deliveries. Express delivery times are approximately 2 business days to UK mainland destinations.
- Offshore destinations i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands may be subject to additional shipping costs. This applies to larger products which are sent through couriers. Any additional shipping cost will be automatically added by Ebay during checkout.

    Great Product!!

    I decided to try one of these cordless irons, mainly because over the years with standard cable one’s. over time the cable frayed exposing live wires, kept catching on the ironing board, & even getting caught up in it sometimes!! Anyway wow was I impressed with this & I was so pleased I purchased one. It heats up very quickly & irons just as good as any tradition one!! It’s well built, easy to understand functions, sturdy & a great name you can rely on. Not only that, think of the electric you will save over the year!! Hopefully you won’t be disappointed so try one!!

    Nice looking iron with some good features, however a very poor one also.

    Nice looking iron, that heats up fast and works well, but the real downside is that the iron needs to be returned to the base plate after every item you iron, bigger items several times during ironing, as the base is corded it has no benefit at all to me over a corded iron. Disappointing. Would not buy again.

    Easily handled

    The weight of the iron is not so great that it is difficult to use but does mean that it is easy to obtain an even press. It does heat up quickly but also cools down a little too quickly. The lack of a cord means it is very easy to handle.

    Lightweight cordless iron

    very easy to use and does the job really well as long as you do not leave it off the base for too long. If left off the base it cools off and does not steam efficiently . presumably it is more energy efficient than a corded model which is using electricity all the time it is in use.

    Great Cord free ironing

    No cord to annoy or catch on cupboard handles it's great . Perhaps a little slower as you wait a few seconds when you place it on the stand but here the advantage is you don't put it down on the ironing board and scorch it . Perhaps I would give itt five stars with a little more practice would recommend .
