There was a problem with the 1st ottoman delivered. Seller was extremely fast at responding and arranging for a new one to be delivered the next day and the 1st one to be collected. I was pretty surprised as the quality is 100%... The packaging is amazing they protect all the corners and everything comes in plastic and paper covering. I got a tracking number a few days later along with the delivery service who called notified me a few days earlier along with a text and phone call on the day.. the colour and picture looks identical of the photo ...can't thank this company enough all was perfect thank you so much guys I will buy from you again and I had an amazing sleep.🙌🛌
