Detachable towbar and lock and keys
It should be a internal part of handle not an extra also tow bar fitted but has gone rusty on handle and detachable tow ball not a tight fit alot of movement when tow you gang here it hit outer casting its just to lose

A cheap lock which could easily be drilled out, not very sophisticated key probably very easy to remove so not really secure and not difficult to remove therefore not likely to be worth the money.
