I received my item but it was in a pitiful state as it was dropped in front of my garden door, subject to the elements. I ask the seller to seriously consider the service provider they are using in the future as I was worried my order was water damaged.

Strangely the mug was delivered by Amazon in their packaging. After one day the lid was so loose it would not stay in place. Also the little valve on the lid to open and close for drinking is also loose and does not snap closed or stay open. When hot drinks are put in it the outside becomes warm. This should not happen with insulated cups. No Thermos retail packaging so I would hazard a guess that this was counterfeit. Maybe the Amazon drop shipper is to blame? The seller has refunded the cost.
