Discovered the plexiglass portion of this light was broken and reached out to the seller. She seemed very polite and friendly, suggested I try and glue it back together?? . Unbelievable never once offered me a refund or credit on receiving a broken item in the mail. Then suggested I try and order a new one off of Amazon and then I can return this broken one… wow
