    • Direct and Succinct

This is Sydney's 4th book, as far as I know. If you are just starting out with his material and have no history of this material, of what the principles are, his previous books might be a better fit. In this book, Sydney weaves a fictional story of 4 psychologists meeting up and gaining unheard of wisdom from a simple but enlightened gardener. I came into the studying of this book with the previous knowledge of all that is discussed here, so it was not shocking nor unfamiliar to me. But this particular book is geared primarily towards psychologists. It contains all of the teachings of Sydney's and the truths that hold within it the power to change your life.. if you are open to it. For me, who spent 3 years studying a Course in Miracles, this book is a great, direct and succinct ...

    • Dangerous. Summarizes the Word of God without a bit of God in it.

Well written, but a simplistic take on the word of God. If this book reaches those who want a better life in the here and now, then it might help them in this life, but it bears the distinct possibility that the people who read such a book won't seek truth beyopnd it, and thus, will only serve to damn them to hell for eternity. Only the TRUTH will truly set them free, and that can only be found in the Word of God--the bible.

    • Must read

This is a beautiful book, that offers an alternative look at the mental health.
