This type of product is difficult to review, as you can't easily quantify results from its' use without blood work. The capsules are fairly large but smooth and very cleanly manufactured, so they are easily swallowed. They present the standards of a high quality product. This is a chelated product which makes the minerals more readily assimilated in the human body. Chelated products are highly bioavailable so aren't as easily saddled with the " supplements and vitamins make expensive pee" claim. If you are worried about bone density as you age, this product could help you preserve that.
