I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do?
 
It's ok to change your mind. We'll accept a request to return goods up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
 
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in an un-used and resalable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer (the delivery charge of your order will be deducted from your refund)
If you want cancel let us know ASAP (by phone)
In the event you place the order and immediately decide to cancel you must let us know the fastest way possible to avoid incurring costs, we strongly urge you to phone us on 0151 334 0222, this is the quickest way and in most cases means we can stop the order being packed and shipped. Sending an email which can take longer to be picked up, will often mean the order has already gone and shipping costs will be incurred.
 
How to return an item by post:
 
Contact us on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and to request your returns (RMA) number.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
Print out our address label.
Fill in the RMA number and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office
Returned items should be received into our warehouse within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We can collect in some circumstances
We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. We would advise you of the cost before we proceeded with a collection.
 
How to return large or heavy items:
 
Please call us on 0151 334 0222 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised)
 
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
 
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
The cost of dispatch postage is non-refundable.

If you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it, we will cover the cost for you. If this is the case, let us know on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible.
 
Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to.
 
 
Return of faulty Items
 
Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue.
The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item.
A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty,
If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
 
Missing Parts (non critical)
 
Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Avtex soundbar

    Fitted this to my Avtex tv and first impressions are very good. My hearing is poor and the tv sound seems much clearer and louder. I have played music from my phone though the soundbar and it sounds great. The packaging is up to Apple standards and gives a very good first impression. The only difficulty I had was attaching the bracket to the Avtex tv because one screw had been lost when the campervan dealer fitted the tv in the van so I had to find an identical one to make a pair and the attachment is rather crude self tappers into plastic, but the bracket to soundbar is a quality fit with the supplied CSK screws into tapped holes. Very pleased so far.

    Expensive, but good value

    A surprisingly small unit as soundbars for TV go and rather more expensive than many. However the good sound quality and robust construction make it a purchase not to regret. Neat easily accessible controls on the right hand end may be inconvenient for a left-hander, but works well for me. The remote is also neat, simple and handy. We do not have an Avtex TV, but using it in our motor-home with PC and Satellite box, it fills the role very well. All in all very happy with the purchase.

    Good Spend

    Awesome - Very High End Build Quality and so it should be for that price. If you don't have an Avtex Telly, then you may be disappointed. This attaches 'Underslung' very secure to Series 8 & 9 Avtex Telly. If you're looking for Loudish Speakers, you'll be disappointed because these are a very clear 'Rich Velvet' that isn't loud but is Luxury. I smile each time I engage the Soundbar - Really Good Spend if you have an Avtex T.V.

    Great Sound from Small Unit

    Installed quickly and easily to my Avtex TV. The sound quality is very good and made a tremendous difference when watching TV. My only negative comment is that it makes using the power off switch on the base of the TV slightly awkward.

    Great upgrade to an avtex tv

    Only tested it so far but- -nice sound and easy to stream music from iPhone. -mounts nicely on bottom of Avtex L219DRS tv when tv is wall mounted. -far superior sound than the tv speakers. -does not obstruct access to any of the tv buttons or controls. -easy to connect with hdmi arc cable supplied.
