Laptop cost £58.46(a MAJOR bargain).Was then told it COULDN'T be sent due to damage during packaging! Over the years VARIOUS sellers have made this claim - CONVENIENTLY on great bargains! But have NEVER been sent photos(by ANY seller)of damage.After all, if GENUINELY damaged it would then be SPARES/REPAIR, so is in the interest of seller to send photo & ask if STILL needed - with PARTIAL refund.This DIDN'T happen.Seller should always be obliged to show PROOF of damage. ANNOYED/DISAPPOINTED😠

The disabled employee that packs our items had a bad day and accidentaly dropped the laptop. It's the 2nd time in our 10 years on ebay that this has happened. I genuinely understand Your frustration with this situation. I'm very sorry for Your bad experiances with other sellers, but I don't understand Your vitriolic, offensive and defamatory language. You've been notified immediatly about the issue, options were offered, You chose a refund. There's no conspiracy, we're not out to get You.
