My purchasing experience with Stearns Supply Center/The Plumbing Mall was great. I corresponded several with Phil Richman the General Manager to ensure I was getting every Tuf-Tite items I needed for replacement of my Distribution Box. That is the wrong time to need one more part. He was very patient and thorough with me. Prices and shipping were fair and quick. I ended up purchasing from both The Plumbing Mall web site and their eBay store.
