The earbuds come with five different sizes and after informing the seller of this they told me there were different sizes to buy from eBay. They also did offer a partial refund which I did not accept. We have sold a lot of this item, and many customers have reported that it works very well. I haven't received any feedback from other clients regarding this issue yet. Perhaps the earplugs you are using are too large and stuffed too tightly, causing them to be unable to be removed. I hope you can choose the appropriate earplugs for your ears and then test them. Of course, if you don't want to continue using this item, we can also accept returns
