They are very helpful. I ordered the wrong one by mistake and they noticed that and sorted it for me. Very patient and professional. My rack is being fitted till the 20th and they let me have an extra 15 days for the return so I could get my refund. Haven't opened the box yet and will post another when it's been fitted.
