One part was broken when the chair arrived so they sent another part. After using the chair for the first time at my beach hut,the same part that had been replaced broke in exactly the same manner as the original part that was broken.
Also, the wood on the arms is so thin that if yiu push yourself up from the chair the wood cracks.
Do not buy this product. It really is cheap and nasty and not suitable for the use it was made. I am reporting them to trading standards as they have refused refun

I’ve had such a great experience with this brand, we had a problem with a part of one of the chairs and the way it was handled was just brilliant, they asked which part it was and replaced it straight away, absolutely great customer service which I think is rare these days. They’re also really well made, I ended up buying two for the garden and they’re absolutely beautiful and good quality for the price. Thanks guys �� one happy customer here! ����

Great delivery Arrived with in two days one basic instructions in main box couldn't find main instructions they were hidden in the box with polycarbonate sheets I. Every thing was in the box no missing parts and there are alot. Seller came back to me promt with email with instructions but we had found them eventually in the box.took 2 days to build a bit fiddly 1 day to glaze..You get what you pay for for £200 doesn't buy you much. Only time will tell how it will stand up to the elements.
