These issues seller was great with regular communication throughout, from trying to track down why the delivery was delayed and then offering a full refund for the damaged item. It wasn’t the best experience but I would recommend the seller.

I'm using it as a recirculating extractor so purchased the option supplied with separate carbon filter. It can also be used externally vented if wanted. Looks & works as described. Bearable 65db. Hope the product proves to be as good as the customer service.
