I give the seller some grief they did not deserve and I offer a humble apology.

The passenger mat did not have the holes for clips and the clips as advertised where not included. Seller have me a £3 refund and I had to go and buy clips and fixings. Communication was good when I raised the issue and was dealt with swiftly. Although a few niggles, it was a positive experience. The mats are now fitted and looks fantastic.

This product is not car carpet as advertised and does not arrive as the pictures show either. Poorly packaged as its not on a roll it's taken off the roll then folded into the smallest size they can manage. I decided against sending back as It isn't worth the hassle. I DO NOT recommend this seller and won't use again. Would be negative only I've kept the product.
