    Lots of room for memory additions

    Original motherboard ceased to function. This was the correct replacement, and all the cables, fittings, etc. fitted easily into the same places on the new motherboard as they were removed from on the old.

    Cheaper and more convenient for Dell than warranty replacement

    This part got the Dell Workstation running that we were trying to upgrade the ram on. The machine was working perfectly prior to the upgrade. Failure of the Motherboard seems to be a common issue or at least one you can find posted online by other users easily which I guess is why you can buy them on Ebay
