Item was accurately described as used. Tested device working OK. Uploaded current software and rebooted OK. Router was shipped with NO protective wrap. No foam wrap, no bubble wrap, nothing - it was just thrown in a flat rate cardboard mailer. It arrived in working order but certainly no thanks to the poor shipping method especially with the history the USPS has for rough handling mail.
