Additional Warranty Information
 
•If a handset is returned to us with an Apple ID on the device, we will need cooperation from the customer in order to have this removed or the warranty will be voided, and a refund will not be issued.
 
•Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrives back to us with a self-inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer.
 
•Replacements will be arranged in a similar cosmetic condition to the returned handset.
 
•If a handset is returned for repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
Minimum Battery health on Apple phones is 80% unless mentioned in the description but is usually higher.
 
 
 
•We are not liable if a handset is deemed unrepairable and the phone data cannot be retrieved.
 
•Our warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase under our return policy NOT our warranty.
 
•Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition grade than purchased will be replaced with handsets of a similar grade to the return.
 
•If your return does not fall into the 'Not Covered' category, your warranty will be accepted and a replacement or a repair will be organised within 0-2 days upon receiving the return to our return address.
 
• NOT Covered after 30 days - Imei Issues occurring or sound IC Issues
 
•To claim a warranty, please send us a message via eBay's messaging system and a customer service representative will be at your assistance between 0-2 working days.

    Very pleased with my purchase

    The Apple AirPod Pro is a fantastic set of wireless headphones. Well designed with a variety of earbuds provided to meet different levels of comfort, the Apple AirPods are easy to use, offering a high level of audio quality. The noise cancellation feature totally shuts out all external disturbances. Unfortunately, they do come at a premium price and I have found that switching the AirPods between devices to be quite cumbersome at times. On occasions, I will have to forget the device and pair it again but ironically, the AirPods pair perfectly with my Windows laptop. For fast charging, I would advise purchasing a fast Qi charging mat for optimal charging performance. On the whole, I would highly recommend if you are an Apple user to purchase the Apple AirPods Pro!

    Good product but have many problems

    All round good products and am happy to have bought them. They connected to my IPhone well and when they work right they are great and couldn’t be happier with them. My complains are that they don’t charge all the way and so will only go to 90% charge. The left earphone will die in half the time of the right one. Another complain is the connection the right earphone likes to disconnect a lot and if I only take that one out it will keep discounting until I take of the left earphone

    AirPods Pro

    I used them few times. I can compare to AirPods 1st gen and sound in pros is much better. The sound isn't that good like in Sennheiser Momentum Wireless. Noise cancellation is one of the best. I could give 5 stars but the price. All good brand wireless earphones are over priced in my opinion.

    Easy option for wireless noise cancelling earbuds

    Overall a great compact option with nice price (you can easily find a deal on eBay unlike other brands). But I would choose other products when I need longer non-stop listening time and better sound quality.

    Great accept…

    The air pods are great the noise canceling feature it’s fantastic only this the right ear admits a static sound. When it comes to the base sounds in the music I’m not too happy about tha if I’m honest but I’m gonna see what I can do about that other wise I’m great product over all
