It's just a basic intel board I bought cause it was on the cheaper end of price. I dont plan to run games or high demand programs. The setup was rather easy, had to pull up the pinout of the front header and my cases plugs didnt match up. after that its smooth sailing. They say they are refurbished boards, but this one looked new to me. I am very satisfied with my purchase. If I can I will order again. Excellent job guys. really appreciate it.

I used this in a dedicated system running Linux Mint XFCE and Audacity. Its only purpose is to convert old vinyl to digital. The computer is built entirely of re-purposed parts in an old beige mini-tower. Possibly important to someone: The board is using an Intel Q9400 CPU that was removed as defective from a slightly older motherboard that was supposed to support it. Board had the latest BIOS update. The CPU works fine in this DG43GT. I got this CPU for free :-) I ran various test programs for days.

Cleared the CMOS and replaced memory with PNY DDR2 in dual-channel mode. Finally got it to POST and go into SETUP. Giving it 4 out of 5 for frustration factor. Next test is to install Windows 7 64-bit and see if it flies?

Had to downgrade the BIOS to GT0031.BIO to get CPU frequency scaling to work with an E5700 Pentium dual core CPU but otherwise it's a perfect low cost way to build a system with 8GB RAM using 4 X 2GB DDR2. Fairly energy efficient too - running on-board Intel graphics it uses about 45 to 65 watts at the wall depending on load.
