I ordered kiwi neutral as usual but I surprised to receive kiwi black I immediately contacted the seller who denied shipping kiwi black he told me that I got kiwi black from somewhere else I was really mad then he changed stating that he had only one kiwi black that he shipped because that is what I ordered 2 different languages here what I needed was just to replace kiwi black with kiwi neutral but he failed to cooperate

You are welcome to return the black at your expense and we will be glad to send you a neutral at your expense. We didn’t make any mistakes here. We sent you what you ordered in beyond record time.
