Additional Warranty Information
 
•If a handset is returned to us with an Apple ID on the device, we will need cooperation from the customer in order to have this removed or the warranty will be voided, and a refund will not be issued.
 
•Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrives back to us with a self-inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer.
 
•Replacements will be arranged in a similar cosmetic condition to the returned handset.
 
•If a handset is returned for repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
Minimum Battery health on Apple phones is 80% unless mentioned in the description but is usually higher.
 
 
 
•We are not liable if a handset is deemed unrepairable and the phone data cannot be retrieved.
 
•Our warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase under our return policy NOT our warranty.
 
•Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition grade than purchased will be replaced with handsets of a similar grade to the return.
 
•If your return does not fall into the 'Not Covered' category, your warranty will be accepted and a replacement or a repair will be organised within 0-2 days upon receiving the return to our return address.
 
• NOT Covered after 30 days - Imei Issues occurring or sound IC Issues
 
•To claim a warranty, please send us a message via eBay's messaging system and a customer service representative will be at your assistance between 0-2 working days.

So far soo good AirPods look good. Little stain on the left pod but it sound good for now . Struggled with getting find my location with the AirPods had to toggle some buttons but seems to work now and then. Had to update them on arrival which was no problem just leave them on the charger next to ur phone they will update themselves. Sometimes a weird sound which I believe is from the noise cancelling will keep an eye. Quick delivery and good updates . Highly satisfied

    Great Headphones

    Really pleased with these, impressive noise cancellation (great for trains and planes) and transparency modes (great for when you want to listen to music but also be aware of your surroundings). Easy to connect and fairly intuitive switching between all of my apple devices, knows to switch from listening to a video on my iPad to a phone call when my iPhone rings. Sound quality is great and had no issues yet with using them for calls. The battery could do with lasting a bit longer for long days out such as travelling however they do charge up relatively quickly.

    Excellent for everyday use.

    These for me integrate with my iPhone really well. They are easy to use with loads of functions. Love how you can just pop them in and they start to work. Sound is good but would next expect them to compete with high end over ear headphones. Use them as my daily easy to go to daily headphones. A must have for people with no Bluetooth in their car. I would buy again.

    Amazing earphones, but don’t move

    These iPod pro phones sound great, work perfectly with my iPhone, but if you get active you can feel them coming loose. Shame because that’s sound is amazing. Charge case is solid class, Apple design, and charges up the pods. Graphics on phone show charge in it and in pods. Very pleased, just wish they stayed put in my ears.
