    i contacted the seller several times, only asking for 1/2 of my money back, because some of the pieces miraculously survived such treatment (hardly any packing material) but they refused to acknowledge me. i receive all my mail at a fedex office where they sign for it and this is the way it arrived. i opened it while at the office. such a shame that this beautiful antique china was handled this way. such a lack of respect.
