The premise places you, as Frank Hayden, the Delta force leader, and your squad in pursuit of terrorists armed with suitcase nukes. The mechanics of the gameplay are smoothly intuitive as you quickly learn the basics of shooting, moving, crouching, reloading, switching weapons, aiming (zoom), etc, in easy early missions that become increasingly difficult. You will instinctively employ military tactics to survive and advance to the next chapter. And each level (there are 23!) is a beautifully rendered landscape with its own unique challenges. At the conclusion of each level there is a cinematic cut scene with superb voice acting and dramatic contents that drive the ... Shadow Ops: Red Mercury is an immersive first person shooter that develops into a Hollywood quality action-adventure story.
